Antivirus and Spyware

You will, almost certainly find something harmful to your computer eventually if you use the internet, but do not despair.

Go on to the internet and get good free antivirus software and it will protect your computer if you keep it up to date.

Similarly look for antispyware and run it periodically checking to make sure that it also is up to date.
